If you need to get rid of any domestic electrical
goods, you know how awkward this can be. Many electrical retailers
will take your old goods away from you - but they frequently charge
you for the privilege. If you decide to take them to the tip
yourself, you need to get them there which will involve heavy
lifting, and possible hiring a van to achieve. If you call
charities, they will refuse electrical goods as they cannot sell
them on without full testing which is too expensive for many. That's
where T&M Recycling comes in.
We specialise in recycling all sorts of electrical goods. Not only
that, we are happy to come and collect them, free of charge, from
your home or premises. If the items are broken, don't worry - let us
know what the problem is when you call us as we can fix mist broken
items.
When we have collected your goods, we take them to our workshop for
repair, service and cleaning. We then dispose of them in whichever
way is best for the particular item. We dispose of some items in
response to specific requests from charities and organisations in
the UK, particularly where they need to replace expensive items such
as TVs or Washing Machines for old people. Finally, we sell some
items directly within the UK - this is part of the Environmental
activity as it is better to buy second-hand and local, than to buy
new and imported.
